N O T I C E

Sealed quotations are hereby invited in the name of the Member-Secretary, West Bengal Commission for Women from the authorized dealers for the following items:-

i) L.G. Split AC of 1.5 ton capacity.
ii) Laptop – H.P. 620 TU
iii) a) Computer – Model HP-DX3090 (core 2 DMO) + DVD Writer + 18.5 TFT Monitor.

     b) Printer – HP – P 1007 (Laser Printer Black & white).

Quotation should reached the Commissions office at 10, no. Rainey Park, Kolkata – 700019 by 3p.m. on 17th May, 2010 positively and at 4p.m. on that day it will be opened in presence of the vendors who like to be present.

Terms and conditions should be clearly mentioned.

Authority reserves the right to accept any quotation in consideration of the rates offered and terms and conditions given.

The selected dealers will be informed officially for supplying the items and subsequently payment will made by A/C. Payee Cheque after receiving the required materials in good working condition.
